UTC Board of Directors Announces Quarterly Dividend
HARTFORD, Conn., June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- United Technologies Corp.'s (NYSE: [ UTX ]) Board of Directors today declared, effective July 5, 2011, a dividend of 48 cents per common share payable Sept. 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Aug. 19. The ex-dividend date is Aug. 17.
UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock every year since 1936.
