OSWEGO, NY--(Marketwire - March 28, 2011) - Thomas W. Schneider, President/CEO of Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc., the mid-tier holding company of Pathfinder Bank, (NASDAQ: [ PBHC ]) (listing: PathBcp) has announced that the Company has declared a cash dividend of $.03 per share on the Company's common stock relating to the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2011. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders of record on April 14, 2011 and will be paid on April 29, 2011.
