Middlesex Water's Bernadette M. Sohler Named One of New Jersey's Best 50 Women in Business

Sohler, Vice President -- Corporate Affairs, has been named one of New Jersey's "2011 Best 50 Women in Business" by NJBIZ, New Jersey's premier business news publication. The Best 50 Women in Business awards program honors New Jersey's most dynamic women in business that are making a significant impact in their company, industry and community. Sohler, along with her fellow honorees, will be recognized at a gala awards ceremony on March 28th at The Palace at Somerset in Somerset, NJ. Sohler plays a key role in the areas of strategic direction and implementation in matters of crisis management, corporate, investor and employee communications, government relations, marketing, community outreach and corporate social responsibility for Middlesex Water Company and its family of companies. She is active in promoting business/education partnerships and environmental sustainability initiatives on a local and county level. She earned her M.A. from Fordham University and her B.A. from Seton Hall University.
