Amica Mature Lifestyles Completes $23.6 Million Financing

Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. (TSX:ACC) ("Amica" or the "Company") announced today that further to its news release of February 14th, 2011, it has completed its $23.6 million bought deal financing (the "Offering"). Under the Offering, Amica has issued 3,000,000 common shares at a price of $7.85 per share. In addition, Amica has granted to the underwriters an over-allotment option exercisable at any time up to 30 days after closing of the Offering to acquire up to 450,000 additional common shares of the Company at $7.85 per share. In the event that the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering will be approximately $27.1 million. The syndicate of underwriters was led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and included National Bank Financial Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., TD Securities Inc., Dundee Securities Ltd. and GMP Securities L.P.
