GREENSBURG, IN--(Marketwire - March 2, 2011) - MainSource Financial Group's (NASDAQ: [ MSFG ]) Board of Directors announced today that the Company declared a first quarter common dividend of $0.01 per share at its January 24, 2011 meeting. The dividend is payable on March 21, 2011 to common shareholders of record as of March 11, 2011.
