KeyCorp Declares Regular Dividends; Sets Annual Meeting Date -- CLEVELAND, Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

CLEVELAND, Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the following dividends for the first quarter, 2011:

-- A regular cash dividend of $0.01 per share of its common shares, or $0.04 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable Mar. 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on Mar. 1, 2011.

-- A cash dividend of $1.9375 per share of its Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend is payable Mar. 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on Feb. 28, 2011.

In addition, the Board of Directors has determined that the KeyCorp 2011 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. on May 19, 2011.
