GoGold Resources Inc. Grants Options

HALIFAX, Dec. 21 /CNW/ - Terry Coughlan, President and CEO of GoGold Resources Inc. ("GoGold" or the "Company"), announces that the Company today granted 800,000 incentive options to Mr. Alcaraz, a resident of Mexico, who has agreed to act as a consultant to the Company. The options granted have an exercise price of $0.30 per share, are exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant and vest immediately.

Mr. Alcaraz will assist the Company in sourcing and performing due diligence on gold and precious metal projects in Mexico (the "Projects"). In addition, he will assist with governmental relations regarding the potential Projects and provide ongoing assistance and advice in the event Projects are secured. Mr. Alcaraz will also assist with relationship building with land owner groups and other stakeholders concerning the potential Projects.

The grant of options is subject to TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals.
