HOUSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) today issued the following statement on Thomas D. Clark, Jr., who died on October 9, 2010. Clark, the President of Strategy Associates, served as a member of Dynegya™s Board of Directors since 2003.

Clark was previously dean of the E.J. Ourso College of Business Administration at Louisiana State University and Ourso Distinguished Professor of Business. Relating to his service on Dynegya™s Board of Directors, he most recently served as chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
