STEWART, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 26, 2010) - Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MTB) ("Mountain Boy or the "Company") is pleased to report that the company has been informed by Decade Resources Ltd that the necessary government permits for the 2010 exploration program on the Red Cliff property have been received. Over the weekend, a 7,000 metre drill program commenced in accordance with an independent NI 43-101 report.
The program recommends the following:
- Diamond drilling to extend the Montrose zone both to the south and in the area of 2009 drilling particularly DDH-2009-MON 1 to 11.
- Diamond drilling to extend the Red Cliff zone above and west of the Red Cliff underground workings.
- Diamond drilling below the south extension of the Montrose zone.
- Diamond drilling between the Montrose and Red Cliff zones to check for continuity of the zones in talus covered areas.
At present, the drilling has started to the west of the Red Cliff workings on a drill pad constructed in 2009. Previous assays from the 2007 drill program on the Red Cliff zone include:
