Southern California Gas Co. and Pacific Enterprises Declare Preferred Dividends

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 21, 2010) - The board of directors of Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas) has declared regular quarterly dividends for the preferred and preference series stock of the company as follows:

SoCalGas:
6% Preferred Series$0.375 per share
6% Series "A" Preferred$0.375 per share

Additionally, regular quarterly preferred dividends were declared by Pacific Enterprises, a subsidiary of Sempra Energy (NYSE: [ SRE ]) as follows:

Pacific Enterprises:
$4.36 Preferred$1.09 per share
$4.40 Preferred$1.10 per share
$4.50 Preferred$1.125 per share
$4.75 Preferred (2 Series)$1.1875 per share

The dividends are payable on July 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on June 10, 2010.
