TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 7, 2009) - NXA INC. (TSX VENTURE:NXI) ("NXA" or the "Company") announced today the resignation of certain directors of the Company, as well as the persons who the Board of Directors appointed to fill the vacancies caused by such resignations. Mr. Robert Metcalfe, Mr. Stephen Wilkinson and Mr. Allan Wakefield resigned as directors, with Mr. Wilkinson also resigning as Chief Executive Officer. The Company wishes to thank these individuals for their services to the Company. Mr. Perry Dellelce, Mr. Greg Borsk and Mr. Charles Lilly were appointed to fill these vacancies, subject to receipt of all regulatory approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The board of directors also accepted the resignation of Ken Yurichuk as Chief Financial Officer and appointed Charles Lilly as President and Chief Executive Officer and Greg Borsk as Chief Financial Officer.
