ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - July 1, 2009) - Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: [ SHIP ]) announced today that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be held at the Company's executive offices at 1-3 Patriarchou Grigoriou street, 166 74 Glyfada, Athens, Greece at 6:00 p.m., Athens Time, on Thursday, July 16, 2009.
