FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA--(Marketwire - March 23, 2009) - As part of its ongoing efforts to help its channel partners navigate through today's economic struggles, D-Link and GE Capital's Commercial Distribution Finance business today announced a special financing plan designed to give solution providers and value-added resellers (VARs) more convenient options when purchasing D-Link® products and services.

The networking company is working with GE to extend its usual net 30-day payment terms to interest free net 60-days.

GE also is offering D-Link resellers large purchase order financing, 24/7 online account management, generous credit capacity and quick credit approval, accounts receivable financing options and access to its 30 years of distribution finance experience.

GE will extend solution provider repayment terms to 60 days for D-Link products purchased from one of D-Link's distribution partners financed by GE. The program is now available through Bell Micro, Ingram Micro, SYNNEX and Tech Data and will be available through other select distributors in the near future.

"We recognize how critical it is for us to help alleviate our resellers' budgetary concerns as they continue to offer our end-to-end networking solutions to government agencies, educational institutions, hospitality companies and businesses across the country," said Keith A. Karlsen, executive vice president of D-Link Systems, Inc. "In today's tough economy, we are committed to introducing programs such as this to better assist our channel partners as they compete in the field."

"GE is pleased to provide channel financing solutions for resellers of D-Link products," said Joe Wright, vice president of technology vendor development for GE Capital, Commercial Distribution Finance. "We recognize the value the distribution channel places on access to working capital through a broad array of vendor programs like this one from D-Link."
