The auditor for Penn Township, Lancaster County, has reported that the township is in good financial standing, as discussed during a recent board of supervisors meeting. The audit, conducted by David L. Kline from Boyer & Ritter LLC, reviewed the township's financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022, and found no significant issues. Kline highlighted that the township's revenues exceeded expenditures, resulting in a positive fund balance. He also noted that the township's financial management practices are sound, with effective budgeting and internal controls in place. The supervisors expressed satisfaction with the audit results and thanked the township staff for their diligent financial management.
