This move comes as part of a broader reevaluation of its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments. The bank plans to prioritize sectors like renewable energy, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency, while also addressing the profitability of its ESG initiatives. This strategy includes a more selective approach to financing, focusing on projects that not only align with sustainability goals but also promise financial returns.
