A survey of business leaders across 15 countries shows 97% support for a transition to renewable sources of electricity, with 78% of executives stating they want their firm to transition to 100% renewables within 10 years.

A recent survey by Infosys revealed that 97% of executives are increasingly investing in renewable energy, driven by a combination of environmental concerns and economic benefits. The survey, which included 2,500 CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite leaders from various industries across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific, highlighted that 75% of these leaders believe renewable energy will be their primary energy source within a decade. Key motivations for this shift include reducing carbon footprints, achieving cost savings, and meeting regulatory requirements. Additionally, the report noted a significant increase in the adoption of clean technologies like solar, wind, and hydrogen, with many executives also exploring innovative solutions such as energy storage and smart grids to enhance sustainability and efficiency in their operations.
