Luigi Mangione, a former executive at UnitedHealthCare, has filed a lawsuit against the company's CEO, Andrew Witty, and other top executives, alleging they engaged in a scheme to defraud the government. Mangione claims he was fired after he raised concerns about the company's practices, which included overbilling for services and misrepresenting financial data to investors. The lawsuit accuses UnitedHealthCare of violating federal and state false claims acts, as well as securities laws.
