RED BANK, N.J., May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ZAIS Financial Corp. (NYSE: [ ZFC ]) ("ZAIS Financial" or the "Company") today announced that it will release financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, before the opening of the market on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
