Kingsway Postpones Shareholders' Meeting
TORONTO, May 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - (TSX: KFS, NYSE: [ KFS ]) Kingsway Financial Services Inc. ("Kingsway" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual and Special Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for May 13, 2013 to June 4, 2013 in order to accommodate administrative requirements. The time and place of the meeting remains unchanged.
