ASHMED MEDIA PLC FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS ON ISDX The Directors of Ashmed Media Plc ("the Company") are pleased to announce that the Company has commenced dealings on the ISDX Growth Market following the successful Placing of 450,000,000 Ordinary GBP 0.001 shares each to raise a total of GBP 450,000 before expenses The Company has admitted its entire issued share capital. Prior to admission the Company had 56,000,000 Ordinary shares of GBP 0.001 each in issue. Immediately following admission the company issued 450,000,000 Ordinary GBP 0.001 shares each. The Company now has 506,000,000 Ordinary shares of GBP 0.001 each in issue.
