Vista Receives Letter of Interest for Significant Investment

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Mar 21, 2013) - Vista International Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: [ VVIT ]), a pioneer in efficient Waste-to-Energy technology, is pleased to announce that it has received a letter of interest for a significant investment into the company. Management has received notice regarding an investment of up to $6 million into the Company by Intercapital Partners Limited, a general private equity firm located in the United Kingdom. Both parties are interested in closing the transaction in the near term. Terms and conditions of the investment are currently being finalized.
