Western Pacific Trust Company Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 27, 2012) - Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) (the "Company") announces that stock options were granted under the Company's Stock Option Plan for a total of 2,134,970 common shares on November 27, 2012.

The options were granted at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, for a ten year term to expire November 26, 2021.

The above-noted option grants will leave a balance of 1,894,741 common shares reserved for issuance under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
