LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Nov 6, 2012) - The Small Business Company (PINKSHEETS: [ SBCO ]) -- DBA Select Business and Corporation Opportunities Inc., a Business Development Company, announces the departure of Hershel Smith as Vice Chairman due to outstanding business issues/commitments. He will now act as a non-exclusive, independent business development consultant .

Additionally, the company has retained Mr. Dennis M Russell, as General Counsel. Mr. Russell has over 25 years of diverse experience and is highly regarded for his litigation and transactional acumen in a broad range of Business, Corporate, Real Estate, Complex Torts, Entertainment, Commercial and Civil Litigation matters. In addition, Mr. Russell supports an impressive background in the traditional entertainment arena in areas of production, music and theatrical talent management. 

On the financial front, the company is pleased to announce the inclusion of Scott Vranes, CPA of Vranes Coffman Roberts CPAs, to assist in all pending and future audits.
