ST. PAUL, Minn.--([ ])--3M (NYSE:MMM) and Avery Dennison Corp. (NYSE:AVY) have terminated the definitive agreement under which 3M would have purchased Avery Dennisonas Office and Consumer Products business, the two companies announced today.
