In his role, Ishizu, a senior vice president, will lead D&O insurance growth initiatives, as well as oversee technical support, risk identification and assessment, and claims management services. Based in San Francisco, Ishizu will report to Simon Hodge, head of the national Professional Risk Group at Wells Fargo Insurance.

With nearly 20 years of insurance brokerage experience in the D&O liability insurance industry, all of which has been spent in the Bay Area and focused on working with technology and life sciences industry clients, Ishizu joins Wells Fargo from Risk Placement Services. Prior to that, Ishizu was a senior managing director at Carpenter Moore / NASDAQ before starting an executive liability insurance practice for Barney & Barney.
