Ian Rozier surrendered a total of 11,425,000 options over ordinary shares of no par value, John Andrews surrendered a total of 1,950,000 options over ordinary shares of no par value and David Cohen surrendered a total of 600,000 options over ordinary shares of no par value. The surrender of the options is effective immediately and the surrender was completed for nil consideration.
