ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Safety Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAMBASafety Holdings LLC, announced today the acquisition of American Driving Records, Inc. (ADR), a subsidiary of CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX). The acquisition closed on August 31, 2012.
