Youchange Relocates Headquarters; Expands and Opens First Retail Store in Tempe, Arizona -- SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- YouChange Holdings Corp ("youchange™") (OTCBB:YCNG), a leading Community for electronics collection, e-waste tracking, and re-Commerce, today announced the relocation of its headquarters to Tempe, Arizona and the opening of its first retail store-front to facilitate its growing operations.

Youchange sells used consumer and business electronics which it collects through fundraising programs with schools, churches, non-profits and sports groups. These items range from audio and video equipment to cell phones, laptops, desktops, video games, DVD's and LCD monitors.

Youchange is able to manage their collection events and sell used products through the utilization of its innovative proprietary software. With its new retail location, youchange is now capable of handling larger items, as well as offer its products locally versus online outlets only.
