TAMPA, Fla. & LAS VEGAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Rounder Inc. (aRoundera or the aCompanya) (Pink Sheets: RNDR) provided an update today on its progress in launching its RounderClub poker application on Facebook.

The Company initially planned an early launch using an existing online relationship. However, that arrangement could have significantly limited the financial benefit to Rounder. Accordingly, a new, more flexible and potentially much more lucrative path is being forged with a proprietary system that will be available on Facebook in approximately 30 days.

Rounder will provide regular updates on other initiatives and developments in the near future, including its strategy in Virtual Worlds and Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) style micro transactions.
