The following changes will become effective on April 1, 2012:
A Global Family & Private Investment Offices group will be formed, headed by J. Jeffery Kauffman, currently Executive Vice President in the Northeast Region. Senior Vice President Caroline Devlin will move from PFS strategy to focus on executing the PFS international strategy. The Global Family & Private Investment Offices group will combine divisions in the United States and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth investors and their family offices, along with Northern Trustas business serving international families through the Miami office. The newly formed group will continue to provide innovative solutions to clientsa complex financial issues related to managing, protecting and transferring wealth.
East Region a" Executive Vice PresidentDavid C. Blowers, who currently runs the Central region, will lead a newly created East Region, combining the Southeast and Northeast Regions. Sheldon T. Anderson, Executive Vice President in the Southeast Region, will remain a member of the Executive Team.
Central Region a" The Central Region will be led by J. Stephen aMaca MacLellan, currently Executive Vice President and Global Head of Business Practices and Client Segments for PFS.
Sales & Marketing a" Executive Vice President Douglas P. Regan, now head of the U.S-based ultra-high-net-worth division, will lead PFS sales and marketing.
Personal Financial Services is making several other key role changes to centrally support the regions. The Trust business and Specialty Advisory Services are being brought together into a unified advisory practice and will be led by Charlie Mueller, currently Wealth Advisory Services Leader. Susan Mallory, who currently leads our Southern California offices, will take on the role of PFS Banking Practice Executive. Leading a new team focused on client & partner experience will be Scott Dille, who now serves as Director of Client Solutions.
