DALLAS, March 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ PMC Commercial Trust ] (NYSE Amex: [ PCC ]), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trust Managers has declared a first quarter 2012 quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share payable on April 9, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 30, 2012.   The dividend is our 73rd consecutive quarterly dividend.
