TYLER, Texas--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--East Texas Financial Services, Inc. (aETFSa) (OTCBB:FFBT) announced today that it has postponed its special meeting of stockholders to approve its merger agreement with Prosperity Bancshares, Inc., in order to provide additional time for ETFS stockholders to vote by proxy. The meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held on March 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., local time, has been postponed to March 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., local time. The meeting location will be announced. The voting record date (February 3, 2012) has not changed.
