Lazard Hires Glenn Porritt as a Managing Director and Head of Singapore Investment Banking

SINGAPORE--([ ])--Lazard Ltd (NYSE:LAZ) announced today that Glenn Porritt has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Head of Singapore Investment Banking. Mr Porritt joins Lazard from ANZ where he was Head of Asian M&A.

Mr. Porritt joined ANZas London office in 1997, moving to Singapore in 1999 to establish ANZas M&A business in Asia. Prior to this he spent four years in the Corporate Finance Division of KPMG Hong Kong.

Lazard has been active in Asia since the 1970as and opened an office in Singapore in 1994.
