TUPELO, Miss., Jan. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Officials at BancorpSouth Insurance Services, Inc., a division of BancorpSouth Bank, have announced the release of its branded BancorpSouth Insurance Services, Inc. Mobile app for the iPhone™, iPad™, iPod Touch™, and Android™.  With this new mobile insurance app, clients can locate an office, contact an agent, report a claim, and more.

Markham McKnight, BancorpSouth Insurance President, said, "BancorpSouth Insurance provides clients with a simple way to access information and report a claim any time of the day or night, seven days a week."

This free service offers several benefits such as:

• A "Report a Claim" function allowing users to report claims by uploading the location, date, time, and details of the incident including photos of damage that occurred
• Locating addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and maps for all insurance office locations
• Accessing current company information and news

To download the new mobile insurance app for an iPhone or Android, all a client needs to do is search for "BancorpSouth Insurance" in the iPhone App Store or Android Market and download this free app.
