Fresh Traffic Group, Inc. Investigating Spam Email Campaigns

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Jan. 23, 2012) - Fresh Traffic Group, Inc. (OTCQB:FTGC) The Company announced today it has become aware of unusual and high volume activity on it's website. Further investigation has revealed the company is the target of an unauthorized email campaign about the Company.

The Company, it's officers or employees have not paid for or authorized any promotional emails about the company.

This conduct by person(s) unknown is damaging to the company's reputation and brand. In the latest Q filing management made the following statement; "Management is currently reviewing these losses in comparison to its operations when private, to determine the value of having a public listing and is reviewing possible acquisitions that might better be acquired and are seeking to become public entities."

We have just increased our board in order to pursue additional opportunities, and this type of activity solidifies the decision to restructure. A restructure would most likely entail a new board of directors, new business entity and a consolidation of 100 to 1 of capital stock.
