Black Hills Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend and Schedules Third Quarter 2011 Financial Results, Conference Call and Webcast
RAPID CITY, S.D., Oct. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: [ BKH ]) declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Oct. 27, 2011. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 17, 2011, will receive 36.5 cents per share, payable on Dec. 1, 2011.
The company will issue a news release announcing 2011 third quarter results after market close on Nov. 3, 2011, and host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Nov. 4, 2011, to discuss the company's financial and operating performance.
