Director Retires From Dynasty's Board

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 7, 2011) - Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc. ("Dynasty" or the "Company") (TSX:DMM)(OTCQX:DMMIF)(PINK SHEETS:DMMIF) announced today that Yale Simpson has retired from the Company's Board of Directors in order to focus on his commitments as Executive Chairman of Exeter Resource Corporation and Co-Chairman of Extorre Gold Mines Limited.
