NEWARK, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Prudential Mortgage Capital Company today announced that Kip Kimble has joined the companya™s multifamily originations team. Prudential Mortgage Capital Company is the commercial mortgage lending business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU).

Kimble will focus on originating multifamily loans in markets across the United States. He will be based in the companya™s Bostona™s office, which opened on October 3rd.
Before joining Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, Kimble worked for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, originating in excess of $5 billion in multifamily loans. Prior to that, he was a Vice President with the Bank of Boston. Kimble will report directly to Jim Hensley, Principal in Prudential Mortgage Capital Companya™s Atlanta office.
