PHILADELPHIA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Chemtura Corporation (NYSE: CHMT) announces the formation of AdipreneDirect, a first-in-kind service offering that reconnects custom processors of hot-cast polyurethanes with Chemturaa™s Urethanes business. Chemturaa™s North American customers that have previously been serviced through a third-party distributor will now be serviced by AdipreneDirect. The new service will officially begin operating on Aug. 1 and will include the following products:
