Richard Lachance, Senior Vice President, Radio, Cogeco Diffusion, is pleased to announce the signing of a new long-term agreement with Paul Arcand, the star host of radio morning show Puisqu'il faut se lever. The new agreement confirms Cogeco Diffusion's commitment to developing talk radio in Québec.
