Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation (TSX - MNF) Announces Adjournment of Class A and Class B Shareholder Meeting

TORONTO, March 28 /CNW/ - (TSX: MNF) - Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation (the "Corporation") announced today that due to a lack of quorum the special meetings of each of the Class A and Class B shareholders have been adjourned to Friday, April 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (for the Class A shareholders) and 11:00 a.m. (for the Class B shareholders).

In accordance with the Corporation's by-laws, the shareholders then present in person or represented by proxy will form the necessary quorum at each of the adjourned meetings. Proxies in respect of the adjourned meetings should be deposited prior to April 13, 2011, the proxy cut-off date. Proxies received on or after April 13, 2011 may not be included in the final voting tabulation.
