SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Solutions Group, Inc. (OTC: SOLU) (aSolutionsa) confirmed today that its subsidiary, Smart Throttle Technology, LLC, has shipped the Decelerator to the Department of Transportationa™s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration division (aNHTSAa).
