EDLEUN COLLABORATING WITH LEADING DIETICIAN TO OBTAIN NUTRITIONAL CERTIFICATION OF ITS CHILDCARE CENTRE MENUS

CALGARY, Sept. 1 /CNW/ - Edleun Group, Inc. (TSX-V: EDU), the leading operator, consolidator and developer of childcare facilities across Canada, announced today it has entered into an agreement to have its childcare centre food menu certified by leading Registered Dietitian Ms. Andrea Holwegner BSc, RD of Health Stand Nutrition Consulting Inc. The agreement includes the nutritional certification of Edleun's current eight week rotating menu, as well as review of the food ingredients, adjustments to the menu and ongoing monitoring. Health Stand Nutrition will also provide health and nutritional content for the Edleun monthly newsletter as well as hold seminars on health and nutrition for Edleun client families.

Since May 2010, the Company has acquired 20 childcare centres located primarily in Calgary and Edmonton. The centres are presently undergoing a full remodelling and upgrading process as well as the implementation of an education curriculum and the certified nutritious meal program. The Company expects the remodelling of the all 20 centres to be completed in the third quarter of calendar 2010. All acquired centres will undergo this upgrading process to ensure they meet Edleun's high standards.
