PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - June 30, 2010) - Premier Information Management, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ PIFR ]) provides a trading status update for shareholders.

Premier previously announced (16th March) it was beginning the process to obtain full Pink Sheet status.

The company has discussed and negotiated with a number of potential partner brokerages but until recently had not found the most suitable market maker. The company intends to make a positive announcement on a final agreement by July 9th, 2010.

"Finding the right market maker was more difficult than we anticipated but we wanted to make sure of the best possible partnership going forward," said CEO Tom Miller.

'Market Makers' are broker partners required in order to obtain Pink Sheet status. It is through the Market Maker that information on Bid and Ask prices are published.
