TD AMERITRADEa?s Investools Receives Industry Accreditation for Educational Services

OMAHA, Neb.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--TD AMERITRADE Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: AMTD) has announced its education affiliate, Investools, has recently received authorization to issue Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

The IACET is a non-profit association dedicated to quality continuing education and training programs. Providers who meet the accepted IACET requirements are authorized to provide CEUs to any company or organization that recognizes and accepts CEUs for credit towards certification. Investools has met these requirements and is now an authorized provider of CEUs for online courses and selected workshops.

In order to achieve aauthorized providera status, Investools completed a rigorous application process including a review by an IACET site visitor, and successfully demonstrated adherence to the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standards addressing the design, development, administration and evaluation of its programs.

aInvestools is a recognized provider of quality financial education and the recent accreditation of Investools by the IACET helps enable our students to better satisfy their employer or certification requirements by taking Investools courses. CEUs are counted by various professional organizations for the purpose of validating a persona™s efforts to increase knowledge and skill.
