Bison Gold Resources Inc. Announces a Flow Through Private Placement Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 31, 2009) - Bison Gold Resources Inc. ("Bison Gold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BGE) today announced it plans to complete a non-brokered flow through private placement financing (the "Private Placement") for gross proceeds of up to $1,100,000. The proceeds of the financing will be used to fund the Company's ongoing exploration programs in the province of Manitoba.

The Private Placement will be priced at $0.33 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.50 for 24 months. The securities will be subject to a four month hold period.

The private placement financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
