SHANGHAI, CHINA--(Marketwire - December 29, 2009) - SearchMedia Holdings Limited ("SearchMedia" or the "Company") (NYSE Amex: [ IDI ]) (NYSE Amex: [ IDI.WS ]), (formerly Ideation Acquisition Corp.), one of China's leading nationwide multi-platform media companies, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share and warrant repurchase program, authorizing the Company to repurchase in the aggregate up to $5.0 million of its outstanding common stock and/or common stock warrants. Repurchases may be made by the Company from time to time in open-market or privately-negotiated transactions as permitted by securities laws and other legal requirements, and subject to market conditions and other factors.
