TORONTO, Dec. 30 /CNW/ - Priszm Income Fund (TSX: QSR.UN) ("Priszm" or the "Company") today announced that it has obtained a waiver in respect of certain financial covenants and an amendment to its long term debt and operating facilities for the fourth quarter of 2009. The Company expects to complete further negotiations with its lenders during the first quarter of 2010 that are reflective of the capital commitments agreed to under its franchise agreements with Yum! Restaurants International (Canada), as well as the recent sale of its food processing facility located in Toronto, which Priszm sold on December 24th of this year for gross proceeds of $11.5 million.
