According to the company, existing customers are provided with a promotion code to get friends and other acquaintances to sign up for Send Global's long distance cellular service. Any new customer that uses a promotional code to sign up for a new account gets additional bonus minutes when they complete the registration process. After the new customer account is approved, the referring customer also gets free minutes added to his or her account as a reward for recruiting the new customer.
