Allocate Software Launches e-Expenses Module for Healthcare Market

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2009) - Allocate Software plc (AIM:ALL), the leading supplier of NHS e-Rostering and Bank Staff management solutions in the UK Healthcare market, is pleased to announce the launch of its new e-Expenses module. The e-Expenses module has been developed to complement the existing market leading MAPS Health Suite solution, to help ease the administrative burden for staff entering, approving and processing expense claims, whilst delivering more accurate and timely payment of expenses.

The new module, which was officially launched at the recent 'Leading workforce thinking NHS Employers' annual conference and exhibition', was developed in partnership with Allocate Software's NHS customers, to respond to a specific NHS problem.

Allocate Software has delivered a tailored approach which manages the complexity of specific payment rules with flexibility for variations of these rules that occur between the Trusts. This module enables staff to efficiently prepare and submit their expense claims and streamlines the approval and payment process for managers and payroll.
